GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Grease a 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle coconut and nuts in the bottom of pan. Mix the cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over nuts and coconut. Soften cream cheese and butter. Add confectioners' sugar and mix with mixer. Pour over cake and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Leave in pan as it is too sticky to invert.
