PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
6 to 7 pork chops
6 to 7 med. potatoes
1 lg. onion
3 to 4 carrots, sliced

Brown chops; put in baking dish, then add potatoes, carrots, onion salt, and pepper to taste. Add 1 cup water with mushroom soup; mix well. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
