PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 lean pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 minced onion
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Arrange chops in bottom of 12 x 8 x 20 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix potatoes and onions and place over pork chops. Add milk to soup. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Increase heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour longer.
