PORK CASSEROLE 
6 rib chops, veal or pork
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. butter
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
4 thinly sliced potatoes
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery
1 1/4 c. milk

Season chops with spices. Melt butter in skillet and saute with onions and chops. Put sliced potatoes in greased 2 quart baking dish. Arrange chops over potatoes. Add soup and milk to onion. Blend until smooth. Pour over chops and cover. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until potatoes are done. 6 servings.
