MEAT LOAF PLUS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. herbed dried bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. dry red wine
10 pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped
3 tbsp. minced parsley
1 env. onion soup mix
2 garlic cloves, minced
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture to greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until meat loaf shrinks from sides of pan and top is brown, about 1 hour.
