GERMAN CHOCOLATE LOG 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/3 c. coconut
15 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line 15x10 sheet pan with foil. Melt butter in pan. Sprinkle pecans, coconut and then sweetened condensed milk over butter set aside. Beat eggs on high until fluffy, add sugar, flour and remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Pour over pecan mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cover with towel and turn over. Remove pan and carefully remove foil. Roll up but be sure not to roll the towel in with it. Leave wrapped. Serve warm, great with ice cream.
