CHOCOLATE NUT LOG 
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. butter, melted
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. paraffin

Melt sugar, coconut, pecans, graham cracker crumbs in peanut butter. Pour the melted butter over the mixture. Chill and shape dough into 2 x 1/2 inch logs. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in top of double boiler. Work quickly, dip logs in chocolate mixture and then lay them out on wax paper. Keep chocolate mixture above water while dipping. Makes approximately 50 logs.
