FRIED TURKEY CAJUN STYLE 
1 lg. pot
5 gallons pure lard or shortening

Thaw turkey; prepare mixture: 1 tbsp. onion juice 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. Lee & Perin sauce

Take syringe and inject mixture into turkey. Wrap in foil and keep in refrigerator for three days before frying. Attach wire to legs and stick to lift out of pot. Drop in pot of hot shortening. Fry 3 1/2 minutes per pound at 350 degrees.
