OVEN FRIED TURKEY CUTLETS 
1 egg
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. turkey breast steaks
1/2 c. seasoned packaged bread crumbs

Fork whip egg and oil together in shallow dish. Dip turkey breast steaks into egg mixture, then bread crumbs to lightly coat both sides. Place on non-stick cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 12 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce. Serves 4.
