OVEN - FRIED CUTLETS 
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Italian dressing
3 lbs. turkey cutlets or flattened chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder in a large bowl; mix thoroughly. Pour dressing into a shallow dish; dip cutlets in dressing then in bread crumb mixture until well coated. Place coated cutlets on a cookie sheet and place in freezer for 1 hour. Coat another cookie sheet with a non-stick vegetable spray; arrange cutlets on coated pan and bake for 35 minutes. Yield: about 12 servings.
