CHICKEN DIVAN LIKE NO OTHER 
1 pkg. chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (regular or healthy request)
1 cup mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip)
1-2 tsp. curry powder
1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups chopped steamed broccoli
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
garlic powder
pepper
steamed rice (for serving)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken breasts on baking pan, season with garlic powder and pepper. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. While chicken is cooking you can prepare the rest of the ingredients. Remove chicken from the oven and set aside. Turn oven down to 325°F, don't turn oven off.

In a medium bowl, combine the soups, REAL mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice. Stir well, set aside. In a small sauté pan melt the butter then stir in your bread crumbs, set aside.

In a 2-quart casserole dish, add your chopped broccoli (best if broccoli is not overcooked - i.e. still crunchy). Slice your chicken breasts and layer on top of the broccoli. Add the sauce mixture on top of chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce, then top it off with your sautéed bread crumbs.

Bake at 325°F for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve it over steamed rice.
