MOM'S CHICKEN DIVAN | |
12 half chicken breasts, cooked and boned 1 large bunch broccoli 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. curry powder 1 8oz can sliced water chestnuts (substitute with chopped celery) Cook chicken breasts at 375°F for 20 minutes. Lay broccoli spears in shallow 9X13-inch pan, cover with chicken halves. Make sauce by mixing: soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, half of cheese and water chestnuts. Pour over top of chicken and broccoli and top with rest of cheese (add more if desired). Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes and serve. Submitted by: Andrea Belisario |
