AMY'S CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 cups cooked broccoli
3 large chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
1 can chicken gravy
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil chicken breasts in water until no longer pink.

Place cooked broccoli in bottom of shallow 13x9-inch baking dish. Shred chicken into bite size pieces using two forks. Place chicken on top of broccoli.

Meanwhile in a saucepan combine all other ingredients except the cheese and chips. Cook until bubbly. Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Top with shredded cheddar and potato chips.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 25 minutes until bubbly and chips are crisp and brown. Serve over hot egg noodles or rice. ENJOY!
