3-MINUTE DESSERT FOR NURSING
STUDENTS
 
1 angel food cake (already baked)
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 can fruit pie filling (cherry looks nice)

Cut 1/2 inch of cake off the top, set aside. Cut inside - along outer edge and along inner ring (outline with a sharp knife). Pull inside out (hollowing out center. Use these part of cake - tearing small pieces and put in a bowl.

Add 1/2 can of fruit and 1/3 of the Cool Whip to the bowl of cake pieces. Mix gently with a spoon. Fill cake with mixture. Put top piece back on cake. Frost cake with remaining Cool Whip. Top with remaining fruit. Makes a beautiful-quick dessert that amazes friends and family.
