1 Pillsbury plus yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. coconut
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Mix together cake mix, butter and coconut; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread pie filling on top of above mixture. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top of apple filling. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together with fork the sour cream and egg. Spread on top of hot dessert and bake 10 more minutes.
