AU GRATIN POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 med. onion, diced
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Peel, slice and boil potatoes until half done. Place potatoes in rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle onions all over the potatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Spread soup over the top and cover with the cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until potatoes are completely soft, about another 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
