3 c. cooked sliced or diced potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. Pet brand cream or 1/2 and 1/2 milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and pour over potatoes. Butter 9 x 13 Pyrex pan, put in the potatoes, pour the mixed ingredients over potatoes, top with cheese, and bake at 325 degrees or until bubbly and then sprinkle with paprika.
