EASY AU GRATIN POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 to 1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. crushed corn flakes, opt.

Put together all ingredients and mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan and top with crushed corn flakes, if desired. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 10 to 12.
