AU GRATIN TURKEY SOUP | |
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Au Gratin potatoes 2 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth 3 c. water 1/2 c. dry white wine 1 med. carrot, diced 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. cubed, cooked turkey 1 c. frozen peas 2 med. green onions with tops, sliced 1 tbsp. parsley Mix potatoes, sauce mix, broth, water, wine, carrots and spices in large pan. Heat to boiling, stirring; reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stir occasionally, for 15 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables are done, 10 to 15 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings. |
