BUD BIGALO'S POTATOES (Potatoes
Au Gratin)
 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
3 or 4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 pt. half and half (to make it less rich you can use reg. milk instead)
1 tsp. salt
5 lbs. potatoes, cooked and diced
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook diced potatoes. Set aside. Melt 1/2 stick butter in saucepan. Do Not Burn! Add 1/2 cup flour then pint of milk (or half and half) stirring with a whisk. Add 1/2 cup sour cream, Tabasco sauce, and Cheez Whiz; stir until smooth. Add potatoes to white cheese sauce and pour into 9x13 baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until heated through out.
