CARROTS AU GRATIN 
1 bunch carrots
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 lb. colby cheese
1/4 sack potato chips
1 1/2 c. med. white sauce

Cook sliced carrots until tender. Drain. Put carrots in a greased baking dish. Add white sauce, green pepper and cheese (which have been cooked together). Put crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

MEDIUM WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk

Blend together. Cook (stirring constantly) until bubbly.
