POTATOES & CARROTS AU GRATIN | |
2 1/2 c. potatoes, peeled & sliced thin 1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. instant minced onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Dash of pepper 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup or cream of chicken soup 2 tbsp. milk In a 3 quart bowl combine all ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Turn into 2 quart baking dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover, return to oven for 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Makes about 6 servings. |
