EASY AU GRATIN POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese or 1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg.
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
Chives or onions to taste
1 stick butter sliced over top

Place hash browns on bottom of casserole or jelly-roll pan, then mix together 1 (4 ounce) package cheese or 1/2 of large package, soup or sour cream, onions or chives. Stir into the hash browns. Chop the stick of butter over top.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
