EASY AU GRATINS 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion

TOPPING:

2 c. Pepperidge stuffing mix

Thaw potatoes. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix ingredients and pour in dish. Cover with stuffing mix and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
