KOREAN FRUIT PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. golden raisins, soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
6 tsp. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. coarsely broken pecans
1 tsp. vinegar

Blend together the butter, sugar, eggs, coconut, raisins, pecans and vinegar. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Serve warm or cold.
