7 MINUTE OR EGG WHITE FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 egg whites
1 lg. can Bakers coconut

Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Boil sugar and water together until it is a syrup when you lift the spoon from the pan you get strings of fine hair to form. Slowly add the syrup to the stiff egg whites, beat while adding the syrup. Add coconut to mixture or just sprinkle on top after you spread frosting on the cake.
