CARROTS WITH PARSLEY BUTTER | |
1 lg. bunch carrots 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. onion juice 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Paprika, if desired Cook carrots in any desired shape, in salted water. Drain and skin. Soften butter, add lemon, onion, and parsley. Add to carrots and toss until pieces are well coated. |
