EASY APRICOT STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 can coconut
Powdered sugar
1 1/2 stick softened butter
1 lg. jar apricot jam
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix flour, butter and sour cream thoroughly. Wrap in wax paper and store in refrigerator until needed. Cut into 4 equal parts. Roll out 1/2 of dough at a time on floured board. Spread with 1/4 of the jam, 1/4 of the coconut, and 1/4 of the pecans.

Repeat 3 more times, rolling each into a loaf, tucking ends under. Place on baking sheet and bake about 45 minutes at 375 degrees. While hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into slices. Good hot or cold.
