GRANOLA BARS | |
3 c. quick cooking rolled oats 1 c. raisins 1/2 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. honey 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Press well into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm. Cool. Then remove from pan. |
