CRUNCHY GRANOLA BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
9 shredded wheat biscuits, finely crushed

In large saucepan melt butter, brown sugar and honey stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in egg and vanilla, add shredded wheat, walnuts and raisins. Stir until well combined. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack while still warm cut into bars.
