CHOCOLATE FROSTED GRANOLA BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. softened butter
2/3 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. coconut

FROSTING:

6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. peanut butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spoon flour into cup. Put in large bowl with remaining bar ingredients, except coconut. Mix well. Stir in coconut. Press into ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Cool. Melt chips and peanut butter together over low heat and blend well. Frost cooled bars. Cool completely and cut into 48 bars.
