GRANOLA BARS 
6 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips
6 oz. (1 c.) butterscotch chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. coconut, shredded
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt all chips in a pan. Add marshmallows and honey. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients. Remove chocolate mixture from heat and add other bowl to it; blend well.

Coat a 9x14 inch pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and pat down. Cool in refrigerator. While warm cut into bars. Serve at room temperature for maximum chewiness. Makes 42 bars; approximately 90 calories and 3 grams of fat per bar.
