GRANOLA BARS | |
6 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. honey 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. shredded coconut 1/4 c. + 3 tbsp. sunflower seeds 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1/2 c. oats Cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in honey, egg and vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and oats together. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Spread evenly in greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool, cut into 24 bars. |
