SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed boiled sweet potatoes or canned yams
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut

Mix together while potatoes are hot, pour into casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Mix and cover sweet potatoes, cook 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
