CRUNCH TOP SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
3 c. sweet potatoes 2 lightly beaten eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 stick butter, melted TOPPING: 1/3 stick butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts Cook and mash sweet potatoes, removing all strings. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased baking dish and add topping. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
