SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour in a greased baking dish.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and spread on potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
