SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. allspice 3/4 c. plain cake mix 1 c. nuts, chopped 1/2 stick butter Mix potatoes, sugar and allspice. Put in 9-inch pan then sprinkle with 3/4 cup of cake mix. Chop up butter and sprinkle along with nuts on top of mixture. Bake at 300 degrees until nuts are toasted. Serves 8. |
