TACO DIP 
1 can refried beans
2 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. bottle taco sauce (mild or hot)
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning (dry)
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
2 to 3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 to 2 tomatoes
1/2 to 1 head lettuce

Spread the refried beans on serving platter. Whip and spread the cream cheese and sour cream over the beans. Next, spread the taco sauce. Brown the hamburger. After browned, add the packet of seasoning and water according to package directions; spread over the sauce. Cut lettuce and arrange on hamburger. Chop the green pepper, onion and tomato, and sprinkle on lettuce. Top with cheese and "wala". Serve the dip with corn Tostitoes.
