TACO DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 jar mild salsa sauce (drain off some of juice) Picante Salsa (12 oz.) works best
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 can sliced olives, drained

Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread in bottom of 9x13 pan.

Layer: Salsa, cheese, pepper, tomato, black olives.
