My oven must be hotter then normal because I found the bottoms were burning at 350°F. I turned the oven down to 325°F and baked them for 10 min. The cookies turned out great. I will use this recipe again for sure.

okay. I tried these. I normally love the recipes from this site, and I admit this was an easy recipe, but maybe too easy. I felt like it was missing something, but I couldn't figure out what it was.

My cookies fell apart even after ten minutes of baking them. Then I tried rounding them in a ball in my hand, and that didn't work. Maybe I did something wrong, even though I did everything according to the recipe, but the cookies were horrible. I'm sorry, so very sorry to say that but mine came out crummy and fell apart.

And I'm use to baking. I'm a great baker when it comes to stuff like this. So for me to say this wasn't that good, I couldn't figure out the problem.

I'm really disappointed because I wanted to surprise my husband with peanut butter cookies. Sorry if I seem a little harsh, it's just how I feel.

I stepped this recipe up a notch and made them tablespoon size rolled into a ball press down lightly between palms then placed on cookie tray. Then I took a 1/4 teaspoon and pressed in the center of Cookie, then I placed 1/4 teaspoon of hot fudge sauce ion the hole n baked 11 mins and boy they were great!

This peanut butter cookie recipe is the easiest cookie recipe Ive ever tried. I'm not much of a cook but give me a baking recipe and I'm going to town. These cookies stay so soft even the next few days. The ones that don't get scarfed that day, I put mine in a good sealing container and we enjoy them for days to come.

Baked these for a cookie swap party my best friend hosted. Big hit, huge! Also brought some to work since I had so many extras. People kept talking about them for several days.

The only thing I do differently is I bake for 11 minutes. Probably because ovens vary. 10 minutes and they didnt look done enough like we like them so I went an extra minute or so.

This recipe stays very close at hand in my notebook. 5 Stars!

Believe it or not, these very easy cookies tasted good! However, since there is no flour you really, really taste the peanut butter. This recipe is only for those who really like peanut butter. They were soft, brown and good. Try one batch and go from there. I also added raisins to a batch.
