SOFT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. packed chopped dates
1 ripe med. banana, mashed
1/3 c. unhomogenized creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. water
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl combine raisins, dates, bananas, peanut butter, water, egg whites, and vanilla. Beat until blended. Add oatmeal, flour, and baking soda. Mix to blend thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake approximately 10 minutes until browned on underside. Cool on rack, then store in airtight container.
