CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar chipped beef

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter

Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into pie plate. Heat topping ingredients in skillet and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
