HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, cut in sm. pieces
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all except pecans and put in casserole dish. Saute pecans in 1 tablespoon butter, then put on top of casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
