WARMED CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 tbsp. milk
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. minced onions
4 tbsp. green pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 (3 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, chopped

Put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Keep warm in chafing dish or fondue pot. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
