HOT TACO DIP | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 can refried beans 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream 2/3 to 1 jar hot (or mild) taco salsa Cheddar cheese (a bunch) Tostito chips or warm flour tortillas Brown hamburger (drain grease). Add 1 package taco seasoning and 1 can refried beans. Mix well and heat until warm. LAYER 1: Layer hamburger mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan (or use two 9 x 9 inch or 2 round cake pans - use one now, refrigerate or freeze other). LAYER 2: Mix together 16 ounce carton sour cream and taco salsa. LAYER 3: Cover with at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour (may reheat in oven or microwave). Serve with tostitos or taco chips or pile in warm flour tortillas and roll. |
