HOT TACO DIP 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
2/3 to 1 jar hot (or mild) taco salsa
Cheddar cheese (a bunch)
Tostito chips or warm flour tortillas

Brown hamburger (drain grease). Add 1 package taco seasoning and 1 can refried beans. Mix well and heat until warm.

LAYER 1: Layer hamburger mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan (or use two 9 x 9 inch or 2 round cake pans - use one now, refrigerate or freeze other).

LAYER 2: Mix together 16 ounce carton sour cream and taco salsa.

LAYER 3: Cover with at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour (may reheat in oven or microwave). Serve with tostitos or taco chips or pile in warm flour tortillas and roll.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
