BROCCOLI PARMESAN 
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli or 1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
4 oz. fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Cook broccoli until nearly tender and place in casserole dish. Cover with mushrooms and onions. Top with cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees until cheeses are melted.
