PARMESAN BROCCOLI 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook broccoli in unsalted water until just tender. Drain. Keep broccoli warm. Melt the butter in saucepan, add chopped onion and cook until just tender. Blend in soup, milk, and cheese. Heat well. Serve the sauce over broccoli. Or, prepare broccoli early in the day, pour sauce over and when ready to serve, bake at 350 degrees until hot.
