NO - COOK FUDGE FROSTING 
4 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix powdered sugar and cocoa. Add butter, boiling water and vanilla. Beat with mixer until well blended. Cool for 20 to 30 minutes or until spreading consistency. Frost tops and sides of two 8 or 9 inch cake layers.
