NO-COOK MARSHMALLOW FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn or dark corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites and salt with electric or rotary beater until soft peaks form. Add sugar, about 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until smooth and glossy. Continue beating and add syrup, a little at a time, beating after each addition, until frosting peaks. Fold in vanilla.

Makes enough to frost 2 (9") layers.
