KRISPIE POTATOES 
Baking potatoes
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 to 1 c. butter

Roll Rice Krispies until fine. Peel potatoes and dry with paper towel. Roll the potatoes in melted butter, then in the crushed cereal. Lay potatoes in shallow buttered pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
